Gil Hanse, a sought-after golf course architect renowned for renovating three out of four US Open venues, including Winged Foot (2020), The Country Club (2022), and Los Angeles Country Club (2023), has crafted a golfing gem at the former Kiarti Thanee Country Club site, just outside Bangkok, Thailand.

Situated a mere 40 minutes from downtown Bangkok and a convenient 25 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Ban Rakat Club's Ballyshear Golf Links presents a vintage-style course that will capture the hearts of Thai golfers. In its heyday, The Lido Golf Club stood as one of the world's premier courses, boasting 18 iconic 'template' holes, including the famous Redan, Alps, and Biarritz designs.
